Buyers are also stymied by the flood of overpriced listings on the MLS and the thousands of ads that now appear in the printed media.  This site is designed to bring into focus the REAL DEALS buyers are continuously searching to find.   How many buyers have you heard say “I want a real deal!”? 

You have a powerful tool here to encourage your sellers to “make some seller concessions and/or price the property to sell”.  This is not the place for listings you know are over priced and/or the seller is saying “I’m not in any hurry to sell”.

This site is designed to help you get on offer on the table and start the negotiation process.  It also opens the door for you to be the selling side agent plus collect a list of possible buyers for future business.  Each property listing page contains your personal contact information.  There are no referral fees or hidden costs.

You can display up to 15 properties at a time to detail the merits of your “REAL DEALS”.  Your sellers will love it and give you the ability to encourage them to “qualify” to be on the site (price it right and get it sold). 

You must state why your property qualifies as a real deal.  A condo may have more than one "lowest" price based on the fact that condos come in one or more bedrooms.  Each configuration can qualify as the lowest based on number of beds.  We are permitting the lowest three condos of any given type to be listed.
