How do I know these are REAL DEALS?

The listing agent must qualify the property by stating why or how the property qualifies. This information is found on each propery page.

Who can put listings on this site?

Only licensed agents who belong to a local board of REALTORS or the National Association of REALTOR

Can I add my property to the inventory if I don’t have it listed with a real estate agent?

Sorry. There is no way to verify information supplied by a For Sale By Owner.

Why don’t you have land, lots and commercial property on your website?

At this time these types of properties are outside the scope and purpose of this site.

Agents

Does the property have to be my personal listing?

No. It is permissible to publish information on your company’s other listings with the permission of your broker and the listing agent. You cannot publish property listings of another company.

How many different property pages can I store on the website?

You can store up to 10 property pages but only five can be published at the same time. You can rotate any five of the ten into publish mode anytime. The remaining five are held in your property inventory folder.

What happens if I fill my ten spots and I get a great REAL DEAL listing I want to publish?

You need to delete one of the ten listings in your property inventory and then upload the new one in its place.

Why can’t I put my website link on my property pages?

We do not put “Link Outs” on this site. If the visitor wants to contact you they can email you or call you at the phone numbers on your property pages.

Why do I need to list my local board’s MLS number for the property?

We need to verify the validity of the property listing. This is one of the ways we do it.
