Properties for sale ads on our website are ads of licensed real estate agents. We are not responsible the accuracy or currency of any property ads placed on our web site.  Ad content will be monitored and we have the sole right to accept, remove, or reject ads.  Ads are placed on a month to month basis after the first three months.   Ads may be cancelled as stated below. Change your ads as often as you like.

We may terminate an agreement at our discretion due to failure to update a listing in a timely manner or for content deemed inappropriate for this website.

Operational Reliability

We do not warrant or promise that this website will be 100% operational at all times due to circumstances unforeseen.
